If you are a 2025 WYNR team member, yes, you are automatically eligible to return to WYNR BUT you must submit the application form to guarantee your place. We need to confirm your plans, get your feedback and up-to-date information.  If you have previously been a part of WYNR (but not in 2025) please complete the application as a NEW team member (though we are thrilled to welcome you home)!

Yes, there is an annual membership fee that helps us cover WYNR event activation, meet up activities and other costs involved with running a global triathlon team. New member fees apply and returning members receive a discounted membership rate.

Yes. We are a racing team, and explicitly ask our team members to race only in WYNR or WYN custom kits on every race course. 

In the same spirit as the above, we are a global racing team. As such, we ask that all WYNR team members who race events with Ironman be affiliated with our team in their system. This is a requirement for the team.

We recognize that endurance athletes of many stripes are a part of our community, and we want to formalize a way for those who do not (or no longer) race triathlon to remain formally a part of our WYNR team.

The Tri & Multisport membership is for those who plan to race triathlons (or multisport events which are done in a tri kit!) in 2026.

The run/hybrid membership is for those who plan to race running, trail races, HYROX etc , or simply want to remain an active part of the WYNR community.

The key difference will be access to WYNR triathlon gear vs no access to WYNR triathlon gear.

The WYNR program is an age-group based program ranging from beginners to elite amateurs. We treat everyone equally. We do not "sponsor" any athletes in this program. WYN republic has limited sponsorship budget to support a select few professional athletes. The WYNR program offers age-group athletes heavily discounted prices on official WYNR apparel and on-going discounts on WYN orders.

No! We have a wide variety of athletes of all abilities. Whether you're an age group champion or a beginner, we want you on WYNR! 

First and foremost, interact and thrive off the community that is WYNR. We'd also expect you to be a good spokesperson for WYN republic in your local triathlon community.

Other expectations are:

• Race exclusively in the WYNR team kit 
• Introduce new people to WYN republic and encourage them to apply for WYNR. 
• Race clean and within the rules and set a good example to others.

No, if you accept your place on WYNR you may not race on behalf of any other industry teams. You may still participate with your local tri club or coaching group of course, although unless the team wears a WYN republic branded race kit, we expect each WYNR member to race in the official WYNR kit. You also must be registered as a part of WYNR for any IRONMAN branded races.

Yes, you must be at least 18 years of age.
