Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers only)

If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period. Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

Pro Series and other pre-order items are not eligible under the EU Right of Withdrawal for refund, return, or exchange, as they are personalized, custom-made to order items.

All eligible products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. While it's absolutely fine to try on items to check for fit, they must show no signs of wear or use. This includes, but is not limited to:

• deodorant marks
• make-up stains
• self tanner residue
• anti-chafe product traces
• human or pet hair
• strong odors (e.g fragrance or sweat)

If an item is returned with any of the above, the Right of Withdrawal will not apply, and we will not accept the return. Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping of any rejected or ineligible return items.

Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned items.

This Right of Withdrawal applies only to eligible orders shipped to customers within the European Union and is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
