Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers only)
If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period. Once your return is approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.
Pro Series and other pre-order items are not eligible under the EU Right of Withdrawal for refund, return, or exchange, as they are personalized, custom-made to order items.
All eligible products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. While it's absolutely fine to try on items to check for fit, they must show no signs of wear or use. This includes, but is not limited to:
- deodorant marks
- make-up stains
- self tanner residue
- anti-chafe product traces
- human or pet hair
- strong odors (e.g fragrance or sweat)
If an item is returned with any of the above, the Right of Withdrawal will not apply, and we will not accept the return.
Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned items.
This Right of Withdrawal applies only to eligible orders shipped to customers within the European Union and is in addition to your statutory consumer rights.

To exercise your EU Right of Withdrawal, you must return your order using a trackable shipping method. Proof of shipment, including valid tracking information, will be required to process your refund.
Please head to our EU Right of Withdrawal Portal to get started on a return. Once the return has been initiated, you'll receive return shipping instructions to your email. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Pre-order items, including all Pro Series products, are not eligible for return or exchange under the EU Right of Withdrawal.
WARRANTY POLICY
At Wyn Republic, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a 12-month warranty from the receipt date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and requires proof of purchase. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. However, the warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or alterations. Only original, unaltered products are eligible. To file a claim, please contact our support team with proof of purchase. For additional assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service.
