Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

Most WYN republic orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and begins once your order has been processed and handed off to the shipping carrier.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and include tracking information. Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight until free shipping thresholds are met. Orders qualifying for free shipping are typically sent via USPS.

Express & 2-Day Shipping

Orders placed with Express or 2-Day Shipping by 11:00 AM Pacific Time (Monday–Friday) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PT will ship the following business day. Shipping upgrades purchased after the cutoff time are not eligible for a refund.

Please note that expedited shipping refers to the carrier's estimated transit time and does not guarantee a specific delivery date. Once your package has been transferred to USPS or UPS, delivery timing is determined by the carrier.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order ships on time, WYN republic is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, including but not limited to:

  • Weather or natural disasters
  • High shipping volume or holiday demand
  • Transportation or mechanical delays
  • Customs inspections (where applicable)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Other circumstances outside of our control

Delivery dates provided by the carrier at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

If your package is delayed in transit, we are happy to assist however we can. However, we are unable to guarantee delivery by a specific event, race, or travel date. If you have a time-sensitive order, we recommend placing it well in advance whenever possible.


Taxes, Import Fees, & Duties

We now offer for taxes and duties to be paid in advance for select countries. We will be notified if you have paid duties and taxes ahead of time, and will select DDP upon purchasing your shipping label, therefore removing the extra step of the customer having to pay during the delivery process for the package to be released. WYN republic is unable to advise customers regarding customs charges and we do not have any control over duties imposed by local governments. All international purchases may incur additional duties and taxes prior to delivery, Shopify our payment management system is only creating an estimate. Please check with your local government agencies prior to confirming a purchase with WYN republic online. We cannot accept returns due to objections with customs charges and orders cannot be returned to sender. WYN republic reserves the right to make changes to shipping rates, carriers or shipping providers at any time without notice. 


International Shipping

International shipping is available by USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on your location, and your choice of carrier at checkout.
Free international shipping is available only on international orders above $300 using code SHIPMYKIT. We know we have international fans, and we want to make it easier to invest in a great new kit. However, this code/discount cannot be combined with any other discounts. 
WYN republic is not responsible for lost international packages after the package leaves the United States & not responsible for any international returns.  


Missing Package?

We understand how important it is to receive your package, and we’re here to help! While we can’t directly track a missing package after it’s been handed over to the carrier, following these steps will ensure you aren’t left empty-handed:
  1. Check with Your Neighbors: Sometimes packages are delivered to a neighbor by mistake. Ask around to see if they may have received it on your behalf.
  2. Contact the Delivery Carrier: Reach out to the carrier directly as soon as possible. Carriers can contact the delivery person to gather additional details about the delivery attempt and help locate your package.
  3. Know That We’re Limited to the Same Tracking Information: Unfortunately, we only have access to the same tracking details you do. This is why contacting the carrier directly is key.
  4. Wait 3–5 Business Days: If you’ve done the above and the package still hasn’t arrived within 3-5 business days, contact us at support@wynrepublic.com.
  5. Reach Out to Us: When you email us, we’ll work with you to determine the next steps and help resolve the situation. Rest assured—you won’t be left empty-handed.
