We want you to love your WYN gear as much as we do. If it’s not quite right, here’s how to return it—no stress.
We offer FREE returns and exchanges on full-price items, and discount code purchases, for domestic orders only. Initiate a return or exchange here.
Condition & Packaging
Please return items in their original packaging, if possible. All products must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached (it should be in the exact same condition as it was received) . While it's absolutely fine to try on items to check for fit, they must show no signs of wear or use. This includes, but is not limited to:
- deoderant marks
- make up stains
- self tanner residue
- anti-chafe product traces
- human or pet hair
- strong odors (e.g fragrance or sweat)
If an item is returned showing any of these signs, we unfortunately won’t be able to accept it.
Washed or Worn Items
If your return has been washed or shows signs of use beyond trying on, we’ll need to send it back to you, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to process a refund.
Return Refusals
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are worn, washed, damaged, or no longer in resale condition. If your return doesn't meet these standards, any additional shipping costs to return the item to you will be your responsibility.

Processing time for returns and exchanges is 2-3 business days after the package has been marked delivered.
Exchanges depend on stock availability at the time of return. If your preferred item is unavailable, you can choose an alternative item or receive store credit.
*Store credit cannot be used toward custom WYN orders.
PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges and refunds are processed once items are received and approved for resale (new and unused condition). For urgent exchanges before a deadline/race, return the original item for a refund and make a new purchase for the exchange item.
Sale items and international orders can be returned at the buyer's expense. Return sale or international items here.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Initiate a gift return here.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with tags. There are no refunds for items not in original condition or with damaged/missing parts (unless due to our error). Items cannot be returned more than 30 days after delivery.

WARRANTY POLICY
At Wyn Republic, we stand by the quality of our products and offer a 12-month warranty from the receipt date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and requires proof of purchase. Defective products will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. However, the warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, or alterations. Only original, unaltered products are eligible. To file a claim, please contact our support team with proof of purchase. For additional assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer service.
