WYN republic works if you, the customer, love what you get - and we want to make that happen without hassle. Premium cycling & triathlon apparel should fit and function perfectly. Please feel free to return or exchange your unworn, full-priced merchandise within 30 days of delivery if you are not completely satisfied with your product.

Items purchased on sale (marked down items and sale pages) & international items can be returned here, postage at buyers expense.
returns on final sale items
Items marked *final sale* cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed and with tags.
There will be no refunds on items that are not in original condition, or have damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Items cannot be returned more than 30 days after delivery.
You will receive a notification of the refund or an email with new tracking for your exchange within 7 business days of receiving your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Exchanges
At WYN republic, fit is key and we want you to ride and run in comfort. Please submit an exchange request within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to exchange an item please initiate an exchange request here.
Items may be exchanged within 30 days if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. If you believe your item is faulty or defective, please initiate an exchange here and include photos of the fault. We will repair or replace any defective items.
Exchanges are dependent upon stock availability at the time of return. You will be offered the option to exchange for something else or be issued store credit.
Sale items
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Please initiate a return here.
International returns/exchanges
For all international returns/exchanges, please initiate your return here.
We will only issue your refund or exchange once your items are received. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with any international return or exchange.
Dealer Merchandise
WYN republic can only accept returns or exchanges from the WYN republic website and not from dealer or partner stores. If you would like to return an item purchased via a dealer or partner store, please contact that store directly for their policies.
